  • Handmade/Made-to-Order Items: These products are crafted specifically for you. Please allow 5 business days for production before your order ships.
  • In-Stock & Dropshipped Items: Orders for non-handmade items are typically processed within 3 business days.

Note: If your order contains a mix of handmade and dropshipped items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 150.00
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

  • If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers if they are shipping from different locations.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Alma de Prueba is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at ebermex7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on what you bought!

  • Handmade items: Usually arrive within 5 days after production.
  • Dropshipped items: Typically take 1-2 weeks as they may be traveling from overseas.

Check your confirmation email for specific estimates.

Where is my tracking number?

Do you ship internationally?

We love our "Made by Alma de Prueba collection! These are clearly labeled in the product description. Because they are made by hand, each piece is unique and may have slight variations—that’s the beauty of artisanal work!

Can I customize a handmade order?

We love custom projects! If you’d like a specific color or size for one of our handmade items, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can make it happen.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a [30]-day return policy for most items. However, please note:

  • Handmade/Custom items: These are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
  • Dropshipped items: Must be returned in their original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then email it to ebermex7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll get a replacement or refund sorted for you immediately.
